| How to make a purchase Step 1
Firstly find/select the product to buy and choose if available the size and colour from the drop down menu. When you are happy with your selection click BUY NOW. This will take you to your shopping cart and show the details for the item. |
Step 2
To continue shopping click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button and browse further to find your items required. |
Step 3
To finish and complete your order click on the CHECKOUT BUTTON and check your purchase details shown on the cart to ensure incorrect items/selections can be altered before proceeding. If an item is incorrect and you wish to remove an item, click in the REMOVE option on the the side of that product and then click UPDATE from the boxes beneath, this will completely remove that item from your cart for you to either proceed with the order or to continue shopping. If you are happy with the items in your cart and wish to proceed click the CHECKOUT NOW button. |
Step 4
This new page will show again your purchases and now the selection for shipping destination. You will need to select from the drop down menu here for the area where your parcel is to be sent. Please ensure that if you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man/Scilly, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Channel Isles that you do not select UK Mainland or this will incure different costs after completeing your order which will then need a manual adjustment from us and possibly extra payments which will delay your order further.
If you require a different delivery address (which is different from your invoice address which has to match your registered card details that you use to pay for your items) please click the TICK box below shipping destination and then click NEXT. |
Step 5
You should now be on the delivery details page. Please complete all the details as prompted on screen.You must fill in the sections denoted with the red writing or you cannot proceed further with the order. After completing your details please ensure they are correct and click the TICK box to accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Next please select the class of service for shipping if applicable (this may not give you a choice depending on your delivery location) and click NEXT |
Step 6
General information page. Please enter in the information as requested (this is optional, you do not have to complete as it is only for our research use)
Click NEXT to proceed to the SECURE PAYMENT PAGE and select PAYMENT METHOD as prompted. |
Step 7
Please complete the payment details on the payment page in full and check carefully before clicking on MAKE PAYMENT at the bottom. |
Step 8
If you card is provided by Visa or Mastercard you may be shown an extra security page as part of their security authorisation checks, please follow the instructions.
Following this page is the RECEIPT/ORDER CONFIRMATION page, please check all the details and print out for you own personal records. |
Step 9
Following the completion of the order you will receive 2 automated e-mails, (1) from the payment provider (either PAYPAL or RBSWORLDPAY) and (2) e-mail from us to confirm the details of the order. |
Step 10
Following this we will process your order, when your order has been shipped from us we will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm the delivery is in progress. |
