Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Delta, Electron, Solo and JCB cards. We charge for every item as soon as the checkout procedure is complete as we feel this is the most secure way of processing payments. You may also send your credit card information via phone 02920 343141.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that an error has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If purchasing a product which includes a sharp object eg (knife, scissors) you are agreeing that you are of legal age (18 years or older) to purchase such a product.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are usually shipped within 48hrs and posted by Parcelforce and Royal Mail 1st class signed for so please insure someone is in to sign for it. If an item is unable to be delivered for and not collected from the depot (Parcelforce or Royal Mail) within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged postage rates again to resend the items to you. Deliveries are only classified as lost after a period of 14 days after posting.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website your card details are taken by Worldpay on our behalf. At no point are they available to us.

Baileys (Cardiff) Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
The Army Store is commited to customer satisfaction. Any items you are not satisfied with can be either exchanged or refunded within 14 days of reciept, providing they are unused and in a saleable condition. ( shipping charges for delivery or return are non- refundable as these are direct charges ). This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
If you wish to return any item to us please enclose a copy of your delivery note together with a name and contact number and let us know of your preference, refund or exchange and details of size, colour and item if an exchange is required.. The price of the return postage and the postage to return the exchanged item back to the customer must be covered by the customer. Additional postage will be charged to return any exchanged items (maximum of £5.00) back even if it previously included free postage.
We suggest that you use a secure method of postage such as the Royal Mails Signed for service, when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
