Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Baileys Army Store is committed to customer satisfaction. Any items you are not satisfied with can be either exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt, providing they are unused and in a saleable condition. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.

If you wish to return any item please use the returns forms provided below. Please fill the form in with full details of your preference (refund or exchange) and details of size, colour and item if an exchange is required. If you return an item within fourteen days of receiving your order then you will be entitled to a full refund if you have notified us by letter or email of your wish to cancel the transaction, if you return the goods more than fourteen days after receiving the item only the cost of the items can be reimbursed. The cost of the postage to return the items for either exchange or refund must be covered by the customer. (This does not apply to faulty items). When returning a faulty item we will reimburse reasonable postage costs. Costs for returning an item can be found at Royal Mail`s website and Parcelforce`s website.
We suggest that you use a secure method of postage such as the Royal Mails Signed for service, when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Additional postage will be charged to return any exchanged items back even if it previously included free postage. If an order has included free postage and items are returned to us that take the value of the order below our free postage amount, the charge for postage (maximum £4.99) will be deducted from your refund.
